Specializations:

I specialize in sports driven agility and plyometric training in working to increase speed, reaction time and vertical jump while also focusing on stability and controlled movements. I teach Boot Camp utilizing the good ol' outdoors, working with tires, cones, stairs and team drills. Also, I work one-on-one with clients to examine, design and implement a specialized training program, including strength, balance and weight loss training.

Training Philosophy:

"I believe that all clients should be happy with their own body and have a positive self-image. I always give out 110% and I ask the same in return. Given the opportunity to have such an impact on someone else's life in such a positive manner has paid me back 10-folds; more than words can describe."
