Prescribing individualized regimens to help achieve any goals the client may have, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, strength/power, endurance, flexibility/posture, or being more functional and healthy in everyday life.
Training Philosophy:
"I believe that as a personal fitness trainer not only should I be teaching exercises that challenge and correctly progress the client, but I should also be educating him/her on several fitness topics(i.e., kinesiology, nutrition, injury prevention, statistics about diseases, and how to read food labels). By mixing correct exercising methods with appropriate fitness knowledge I will be able to help people physically, functionally, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I feel very fortunate to be able to make a positive impact on somebody’s life and provide knowledge that can be shared for a lifetime."
