Background:
Jade is an FIU Alumni who is currently a student at the FIU Herbert Wetheim College of Medicine. As an undergraduate, Jade participated in many PantherFIT classes and now she enjoys instructing others. At the age of 15, she was diagnosed with Type-1 diabetes. She maintains her health with rigorous exercise and lenient eating regimen - because she doesn't like the word "diet".
Philosophy: Jade loves teaching because exercise promotes both mental and physical well-being. Being a group fitness instructor allows her to motivate others through music and exercise.
