Yoga2YOGA

Class Description:
Yoga classes provide a holistic approach to building strength, stamina and balance by training posture and breathing techniques. The class focuses on principles of alignment and guides you into poses that assist with easing body aches and discomforts. All levels welcome. VINYASA FLOW - Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized." In this style of yoga, you will flow from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. BUDOKON - Combines yoga postures with Karate-Do, Jiu-Jitsu, TaeKwonDo, and animal locomotion. In this class you'll work with the body's full range of motion focusing on agility, control, power, balance and flow.

Boot Camp is an intense outdoor and indoor workout. This class incorporates agility and speed drills, cardiovascular exercise, and a strength and flexibility component. You are guaranteed 3 things from our workouts - emphasis on safety, massive calorie expenditure, and lots of sweating (so drink water before and bring a water bottle).

FASTfit (FAculty/Staff Training (formerly WOW - Women on Weights)

Class Description:
FASTfit is an educational and hands-on fitness program that helps women get the right facts on strength and cardio training, and how to perform them with proper form and alignment. By showing women different exercises and training techniques, providing information on the benefits of training, and exposing the right myths about exercise will help women feel more comfortable and confident in the weight room or on cardio equipment. So bring your water bottle and towel, and get ready to work. Begins TBA.
